About William Fischer
Mr. Fischer is the founder of Fischer Forensic Engineering and is a Professional degreed and licensed Civil Engineer with concentration in Transportation Engineering from University of Central Florida.
For more than 17 years Mr. Fischer has been involved in the analysis of vehicular accident reconstruction and investigation, geometric roadway design, traffic engineering/operations, traffic control devices, operator (human) decision/risk factors, risk analysis, work zone standards, and product design-performance/research.
Included in Mr. Fischer’s professional experience is the operation, handling, and component performance of; on and off-road motorcycles, commercial vehicles, all-terrain vehicles (ATV), marine and personal watercraft (PWC). He is also actively involved in the developments of motorcycle standards.
